The Healthcare Practice is a wholly owned subsidiary of WPA. We only advise on WPA's products and services, which provide access to the sort of healthcare that we want for ourselves and our families.
The Healthcare Practice is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). This means we are responsible to our customers, the public and the FCA for the actions, training, support, regulatory compliance and administration of Healthcare Partners.
Alongside this, all our Healthcare Partners hold, or are studying towards, the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) Certificate in Insurance or equivalent qualification. Our customers can be confident they are working with qualified and professional advisors.

The franchise network
We have approximately 85 Healthcare Partners throughout the UK.
The franchise network is split into regions (South West, South East, Midlands/North UK and North UK & Northern Ireland) to enable smaller support networks for our franchisees.
Each of the regions have a small number of Senior Healthcare Partners who are able to act as mentors and share first-hand advice with their peers.
There is extensive sales and admin support from Head Office including our Field Monitoring and Training Supervisors (FMTS) who offer support and advice to franchisees from the start of their journey and throughout their time with the WPA Healthcare Practice.
